Woman Arrested In Lancaster Co. For Unusual Theft

A Lancaster County woman has been arrested for stealing something unusual from a number of cars. Columbia Boro Police say 62-year old Sonya Caswell admitted to cutting the seatbelts out of several cars. The Wolf Administration has announced nearly 20-million dollars for STEM education.
