Iconic regional brand, Turkey Hill Dairy has been sold to an Austin, Texas-based private equity firm. No price was mentioned as Peak Rock Capital purchased the 88-year old company known for its ice cream and drinks. Tree Kills York Co. Man

A York County man was killed when the tree he was cutting split and hit him. The Coroner’s Office says 79-year old Ray Cooley of Paradise Township was working in a wooded area of the 1900-block of Ridge Road in Washington Township when the accident happened just before 12-noon on Wednesday.MORE

Bomb Threat At York Co. Harley Plant Under Investigation

An investigation continues into Wednesday’s bomb threat that led to the evacuation of the Harley-Davidson plant in Springettsbury Township. Police searched the facility and didn’t find anything. Workers then returned to work.MORE

Lancaster Co. Traffic Fatality Identified

The person who died in Tuesday’s single vehicle traffic accident in Lancaster County has been identified. State Police say 25-year old Nelson Torres of Lancaster drove off South Belmont Road in Paradise Township just before 3:30am. Troopers are investigating.MORE

A Lebanon County man remains missing after his vehicle was found last Friday in Lancaster County’s Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area. Officials used dogs, horses and even drone to search the heavily-wooded area in clay township again Tuesday but they found nothing.MORE
