Former York Mayor Kim Bracey will soon start a new job in the city. Starting July 5th, Bracey will become the first African-American CEO at the YWCA York. She will replace Jean Treuthart who is retiring after nearly 8-years of service. Bracey was mayor from 2010 to 2018.MORE

A Virginia man is in Lancaster County Prison on half-a-million dollars bail after allegedly assaulting an elderly woman.
