A Lancaster County woman has been arrested for stealing something unusual from a number of cars. Columbia Boro Police say 62-year old Sonya Caswell admitted to cutting the seatbelts out of several cars. Officers say it happened along the 300-block of Chestnut Street, and another location, on May 31st. No word on a motive.
