I-83 Project Set To Begin Soon In York Co.

As spring approaches, PennDOT has announced another major road project in York County. Officials say starting Sunday night, March 24, a nighttime milling, base repair, and concrete patching operation will begin on a nearly 7-mile stretch of I-83. Its the section from just south of Exit-10 Loganville in Springfield Township to just south of Exit-18 Mount Rose Avenue in York Township. Officials say work on the $13.6-million dollar project will take place during the overnight hours and run until the end of this year.
